Around £340 for an "excellent" condition 256 GB iPhone 11 Pro was a pretty good deal. From the outside, the phone is indeed in a great shape: no issues on the screen, barely visible signs of wear on the body. So far, everything else seems to work as well – so "technically" and optically, the phone is indeed excellent. The condition of the battery, however, is at 81%: borderline ok, given the BackMarket guarantee. It's a shame BackMarket does not require "excellent" condition phones to have a new battery, these things are not that expensive..
Also, with this particular refurbisher, there were a couple of unprofessional details. They did not care to deep-clean the phone: yellow crust in the speaker and microphone cutouts, the phone was not reset/erased to default settings, the charging cable that came with it did not work. Finally, the phone was delivered plainly in a paper box: in terms of environmental packaging, I am all on board, but some wrapping around the actual device wouldn't hurt.
