I have previously purchased my refurbished phones from a well known competitor, but on this occasion I decided to try out Back Market as they offered a better (and cheaper!) deal on this phone, AND they offered the 'new battery' option, which the other service didn't. All I can say is WOW, just WOW! The phone arrived in mint condition (as described) along with 100% battery health. I must admit though, when I picked up the box and heard something small and rattling about inside, I dreaded opening it expecting a broken screen or something. But no, it was only the sim card tray adapter and Lightning cable. lol. I feel like I have just bought a brand new phone, it IS that good! I can definitely recommend Back Market as THE place to go for your refurbished phones. I will probably mention about my experiences of buying from them on our YouTube channel soon enough. I think a few thousand subscribers might be interested. :D Thank you.

I purchased the Iphone 11 Pro Max 64GB for my daughter. The phone is as good as new and she is thrilled with it. So far so far, no issues! I was a bit hesitant as I've never purchased from BackMarket before, however the purchasing process was simple, I was informed regularly about it's delivery. End to end, seamless process. I think it's fair to say BackMarket have gained a customer for life. Highly recommend this business and will not hesitate to make a purchase again.

Brilliant service from backmarket, iPhone 11 Pro Max arrived 2 days early and is now set up and working brilliantly. Looks brand new, no evidence of scratches etc. I was provided a charging cable but am unable to use it as I haven’t the right adapter as it is apparently for the newer models and my previous model was an iPhone 7, not sure what I need to do as it’s of no use unless I can get an appropriate adapter.

Ordered the iPhone 11 Pro Max and it’s absolutely brilliant no issues with anything. I absolutely love this phone and couldn’t recommend Back market more. I will buying again for my sons birthday in a couple of weeks time :)

I got this iPhone 11 Pro max for my other half's daughter as a replacement for her old one, of which not unlike my ex has had much, much usage, by many, many, hands and should have lasted longer with just one person's usage. Hopefully, this pristine and quality phone from the good people at Back Market will last this single user many happy years service.

If you’re not into the latest newest phone tech, and you want a refurbished virtually new alternative, look no further than back market. Excellent service and they do exactly what that say they do. Hassle free and no risk due to their no quibble rerun policy. My phone arrived on time exactly as described. Have recommended to others and will definitely use again.

My excellent phone tells me that it cannot guarentee that it has an Apple battery! I was under the impression that only real Apple batteries were used. Other brands can cause irreparable damage. I meed some guarantees about my purchase. Please advise.

The Phone seems to be fine and in unmarked condition. A little bit disappointed to find that the screen and battery (which have obviosly been replaced) are not Apple approved components - even though they seem to work fine.
