This is a fantastic phone and I totally recommend it. I was initially skeptical about buying a refurbished phone but I saw all the positive reviews and decided to give it a shot. I went for the "good" option just to be safe and I was totally satisfied with my purchase. The phone looks new with an unnoticeable scratch at the back. Other than that, it is totally worth it. I'm enjoying the phone. Thumbs up to the Back Market for their excellent customer service. I will surely come back for more. 😊

Phone was delivered in impeccable condition, honestly looked brand new! So pleases I discovered Back Market and saved myself so much money without compromising on quality. Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G 256GB ordered, excellent condition paid for. Phone screen and case are fine and have no issues, the phone looks pretty much brand new. Had it for 2 weeks now and running AccuBattery Pro app to check battery health, currently at 88% following a few full charges. Better than expected. Overall I am very satisfied with the phone.

Phone arrived with the bottom corners scratched, the screen itself was mildly scratched as well which is to be expected from a refurbished phone. Functionally, the phone works as expected, however battery life is abysmal. I was hoping the phone would've arrived with a better battery condition.
